Notice of registration shall be sent to you by e-mail or fax when we complete your rental procedure.
*For applications received by noon, the notice will be sent out the next business day.
For applications received in the afternoon, the notice will be sent in two business days.
If you don’t receive any notices, your application may not have been processed properly.
Please contact us immediately. You can also rent a phone at Narita or Kansai Airports without a reservation.

Home delivery => =>deliver to a location of your choice one day prior to use.
Pick up at the designated place in airports’ lobby on your departure date.

Please immediately let us know about troubles such as loss or damage or changing rental schedule.
Local staff will help you.

Home delivery
=> =>You can send back the rental kit by C.O.D. no later than the day after your return.
You can also return them at our pick-up/drop-off counter in the arrival lobby when you return.

Invoice and CDR shall be mailed to you free of charge on a monthly basis.
If you rent the phone across multiple months, you may receive an invoice for rental fees,
minimum charges and delivery charges and then calling fees in the following month.
Please note that there might be a delay in mailing international roaming invoice.

G-Call customers: a lump‐sum payment with other G-Call charges.
New individual customers: credit card payment only.
New corporate customers: credit card, bank account transfer, or transfer slip.
(Corporate customers shall declare credit card number for their identification)
